Your Future Best Friend in a Beautiful Brindle Package!  At 2½ years old, Lily is a beautiful brindle-and-white hound mix with a heart just as lovely as her soft, snuggly coat. She is shy, so she may not be the girl who runs up to greet you at the door right away, but give her a little time, patience, and kindness, and you'll discover a loyal, loving companion who will be happiest right by your side. One thing Lily absolutely LOVES is other dogs! She enjoys their company and would really love a home with a friendly canine sibling to play with, learn from, and cuddle up beside. She also gets along beautifully with cats and has been wonderful around her foster family's one-year-old grandson. She's mostly a quiet girl, too, making her a lovely potential fit for apartment or house living. Lily is already housebroken, picks up on routines and basic commands quickly, and is eager to learn. She has great house manners so she does not need a crate. She'll need a little help building her leash-walking confidence, but with encouragement and consistency, there's so much potential! Lily's ideal family will understand that the best things sometimes take a little time. She'll need a patient, loving home where she can settle in at her own pace, preferably with another friendly dog to help her feel secure. A fenced yard would be wonderful, although walks and outdoor adventures can be part of her future with some practice. Could you be the person Lily has been waiting for?
