Birthday: July 31, 2026   SOMEONE SPECIAL IS WAITING FOR YOU… MEET ROSIE!   Rosie was supposed to return to life outdoors after her TNVR appointment, but her caretakers at Steelton Community Cats discovered what we already know: this little girl is simply TOO SWEET to live without a family of her own!  Rosie is now enjoying the good life in foster care in Susquehanna Township. She has the softest fur, a playful spirit, and a serious appreciation for lap time and chin rubs.   Rosie does have one special difference: she's deaf! But that certainly hasn't slowed her down! She plays just as hard as her foster mates, loves to explore, and is quickly winning over everyone in her foster family.   She'll need a safe home with someone who understands her unique needs, but what she'll give in return is a whole lot of love.   Rosie is perfectly imperfect and absolutely wonderful!
