HAZEL

Description

#A5805578 Hazel is a beautiful 3-year-old Pitbull / Kelpie mix with a gorgeous brown coat, adorable white paws, and a whole lot of love to give! This sweet, friendly girl absolutely loves scratches and seeks out affection from her handlers. Hazel is a strong, athletic pup who would benefit from an active home where she can put her energy to good use, perhaps even trying her paw at agility training! While she can feel a little unsure around more playful dogs, she peacefully shares space with calmer companions. Hazel is looking for a confident, loving adopter who will help her build confidence and enjoy all the adventures ahead!   -3-year-old Pitbull / Kelpie mix, possibly with Cattle Dog -Spayed female weighing 65 pounds -Microchipped and ready to go home -Housebroken and knows “sit” -Medium energy; strong on leash and pulls -Tolerant and non-reactive with large dogs -Calm dogs recommended; small dogs not assessed -Continued socialization and confidence building recommended   HAZEL’S VIDEO: https://www.youtube.com/shorts/U1vOsgPKrX4 For more information, contact volunteer Lor at  lor@unitedhopeforanimals.org ~Photo credit Sue H.   Look up this or other animals at Baldwin Park Animal Care Center https://animalcare.lacounty.gov/view-our-animals/    Use their unique ID NUMBER.
