❤️ **PLEASE WELCOME STELLA (formerly Starla) TO THE TLC FAMILY!** ❤️ This sweet girl has had quite a journey, and we're so happy to finally give her the second chance she deserves! Stella was abandoned on the streets of Orlando as a young pup, picked up by animal control, and eventually adopted. Sadly, after only a couple of months, she found herself back on the streets. A kindhearted woman stepped in, rescued her, and cared for her while desperately searching for someone to help. When we saw her plea on Facebook, we knew we had to say **YES, PLEASE!** ❤️ Today, Stella is safe with her wonderful new foster family in Osteen! This sweet couple opened their hearts and home to help Stella find the forever family she's been waiting for. Here's what we know about Stella: Approximately 1½ years old Around 30 pounds Fully vetted and spayed Good with cats and other dogs Likely good with children (we're giving her a few days to settle in before confirming) Sweet, loving, and eager for attention!
