11/03/26 13:09 Community cat brought in for TNR 10/28. Following administration of initial sedation, the cat experienced cardiac arrest. Emergency resuscitation efforts were initiated, and the cat was successfully revived.Following this medical event, the cat has experienced blindness. This may be associated with the cardiac arrest and/or resulting lack of oxygen to the brain or other tissues. The exact cause and long-term prognosis has not been established. Cat is timid and hisses some when startled but has not shown any feral behavior.
