Welcome Josie to CCPAL Rescue.  Josie is a Chug (Chihuahua/Pug) puppy.  She weighs 4 pounds and is 9 weeks old.  She will be a small dog full grown.  She should be 12 pounds or less.  She is very sweet and has an adorable rounded head.  She likes to be held, is good in a crate, goes on a wee pad and loves to play with toys.  She was born at the Rescue.  They took in a stray female and she was pregnant.  This means the puppies get lots of attention and are very used to being in a loud and rowdy environment.  Josie would be best in a home that the person doesn’t work all day every day.  She needs to finish up her puppy training.  Social pups make great adults and now is the time for her to spend time with her family and to go places and let people pet her.  She is an AMAZING puppy.  She would be fine with children.  Due to her small size, we would like children to be 8 or older.  She is getting her puppy vaccines and will have 3.  She will then be ready for spay and adoption.  She can be adopted locally in Texas or we can work with one of the wonderful transporters to get her to Washington, Portland, Minnesota, Vermont or all along the East Coast.  Her adoption fee is $600 and transport is $200.  Rhode Island and Massachusetts are not states we adopt to because of the regulations imposed by these states.   Contact Marlene at 210-867-1869 or email to ccpalinquiries@gmail.com if you have questions.
