Meow meet Nightshade! Nightshade is a handsome solid black kitten who, along with sister Portia, was found alone at a local business and brought inside to stay warm and receive the care they needed. He’s still learning that people can be trusted, but he’s making progress one little step at a time. Nightshade is a shy boy who appreciates a gentle approach, soft voices, and especially those wonderful behind the ear scratches! He’s still building confidence and becoming more comfortable with being held, so he’ll need someone patient who understands that trust takes time. A quiet home without young children would be best for him. He’s not bonded to Portia, but may benefit from having another friendly, confident cat to help him feel more secure. Nightshade just needs a safe place, a little patience, and someone willing to show him that the best parts of life are still ahead!
