Bob's story started thousands of miles from here. In Puerto Rico, thousands of cats and dogs live on the streets, and there simply aren't enough homes for them all. Shelters and rescues are overflowing, and a little black kitten like Bob can wait a very long time for someone to notice him. Black cats are often the last to be chosen, and on an island with so many animals needing help, the odds were stacked against him.Then Save a Gato Rescue stepped in. They gave Bob a safe place to land, and then a bigger chance: a trip across the sea to the mainland, where families were waiting to meet him. Today, Bob is healthy, happy, and every bit as sweet as he looks. He's a loving little guy who craves affection, melts into your lap, and treats every person like a long-lost friend. After everything he's been through, he still trusts people completely. All he needs now is a family to love him back.
