Mitten

Description

Mitten spends his evenings chasing a feather wand and his nights sleeping beside or right on top of his foster, purring. This big pawed kitten makes time for both wrestling matches and bedtime cuddles. Breakfast and dinner usually kick off his busiest stretches of the day. He's eager to get his siblings playing, investigate toys, and chase whatever's on the other end of your wand. A playful feline companion and someone who enjoys joining in would suit him well. Over the past month in foster care, Mitten has grown from a kitten who was hesitant around people into one who seeks out pets and company. Sometimes he's happy doing his own thing; when he's ready to settle down, he'll join you for a cuddle. He prefers keeping his paws on a comfy surface to being carried, though he's becoming more comfortable with being picked up. Mitten gets along well with cats and kids, uses his litter box and scratching post, and hasn't met dogs yet. If your evenings have room for a little feather chasing followed by a purring kitten in bed, apply to meet Mitten!
