Scrappy

Description

DFW AREA APPLICATIONS ONLY* Age: approx. 7 weeks as of 10/30/26 Weight: 3.6 lbs. on 10/27  Scrappy was found stray and spent a few days at a city shelter. Since his owner never came for him, he was rescued by Legacy Humane Society and is now living the good life in a foster home waiting for his forever family. Scrappy needs a home with a private yard until he's fully vaccinated - no apartment living or dog parks for now.  We're unsure of his breed mix but anticipate him being around 25 lbs. full grown. Puppies are playful, active, and loving. They need someone will lots of time and patience to raise them to be the best adult dogs they can be! $325 donation includes three rounds of puppy vaccines, dewormer, a one-year rabies vaccine, microchip and registration, and spay/neuter. Adopter will take the puppy to an LHS-approved vet to be spayed/neutered at 16 weeks of age per the spay/neuter agreement and in accordance with Chapter 828, Texas Health and Safety Code. Please complete an adoption application and someone will reach out to you within 48 hours via email. https://legacyhumanesociety.org/adoptfoster/adoption-application/ *Due to the high volume of applications and inquiries for puppies, we will not be able to respond to or consider interest from those outside of the Dallas/Fort Worth Area.
