RUBEE

Description

Meet Rubee, the 2 year old tabby cat! Rubee came to the shelter after her owner left her behind when they moved away. Although she was shy at first, Rubee has quickly warmed up to our shelter staff and volunteers and has melted their hearts. She likes to climb on your lap and ask for lots of pets. She will do well in a home as an indoor only cat where she can spend her days soaking up all the love that she deserves. If you are interested in a kitty that is as sweet as can be, Rubee is waiting for you here at the shelter! On Saturday, October 31st, the Shelter is celebrating Halloween through an “Adopt Your Boo” special. This cat’s adoption fee is reduced to $31.Please note: Our Santa Cruz location’s Shelter hours are 11-6pm, 7 days a week! Although clients can walk through and see any animals in their kennels during open hours, we end “meet and greets” (aka meeting an animal out of the kennel) at 4:30pm every day. If you’d like to meet an animal out of the kennel, please arrive before 4:00pm to allow for time to discuss individual animals and meet them.
