Description
Starting October 6, all cats and kittens are FREE to adopt! Come find your new best friend today! Shy at first, orange chaos expert at heart. Kyle is just waiting for someone to see the real him! Meet Kyle, a 1-year-old orange cat who was surrendered because he was a little too playful for his previous home. Unfortunately, shelter life has been a big adjustment for this young guy, and he's been on the shy side since arriving. But underneath that timid exterior, we know there's a fun-loving orange cat just waiting to come out of his shell. While Kyle may not be the first cat to run up and greet visitors, he still enjoys pets and attention from people he trusts. Every day, we're seeing more of his personality shine through. He's becoming increasingly interested in toys, especially catnip pillows, treats, and anything that encourages a little playful fun.Kyle previously lived with other cats and had no issues sharing his space with feline friends. We think he would do well in a home with older, respectful children who can give him the time and patience he needs to settle in and feel comfortable. The best thing about Kyle is knowing there's so much more to discover. His future family will get the joy of watching him grow in confidence and reveal the playful, silly, affectionate orange cat we know is hiding inside. If you're willing to give a shy guy a chance, Kyle just might reward you with a lifetime of friendship, fun, and orange-cat antics. Kyle's adoption fee is $25, which helps support their medical care and preparation for adoption. Please note: All of our animals are spayed/neutered and up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations. Each pet also receives a behavioral assessment to help us better understand the type of home they may thrive in. However, it’s important to remember that the results may not fully reflect an animal’s true personality, as shelter and foster environments can be stressful. If you are interested in meeting any of our animals, we encourage you to first visit our website and submit an adoption application: https://www.acskc.org/adopt-1Once your adoption application has been approved, we will call you to set up an appointment to meet with the pet! We welcome adopters from out of state to apply! _When it comes to our pets, we're all-inclusive!
