Description
Snorts, snores, and endless smiles included. Layla is the total bulldog package! Meet Layla, a 5-year-old Bulldog who came to us from Caroline County Animal Shelter. This fun-loving girl is full of personality and charm, bringing all the classic Bulldog traits we know and love. From her adorable snorts and snores to her goofy antics, Layla is sure to keep her family smiling.Layla loves to play, enjoys meeting new people, and has quickly become a favorite among staff and volunteers alike. She is currently staying in our A-Dorm, where she gets to interact with many of our volunteers, and we've heard nothing but wonderful things about her. Her friendly and outgoing nature has made a lasting impression on everyone she meets.During her dog test, Layla displayed typical Bulldog behavior and could be a bit forward in her introductions. In her previous home, she successfully lived with an older, submissive Yorkie. As with any dog, proper introductions to potential canine siblings will help set everyone up for success.Layla is great with children of all ages and would make a wonderful family companion. She is still pending her cat test, so her feelings about feline friends are currently unknown. If you're looking for a sweet, spunky sidekick with a big personality, a bigger heart, and plenty of Bulldog charm, Layla may be the perfect match for your family! ❤️Layla's adoption fee is $200, which helps support their medical care and preparation for adoption. Please note: All of our animals are spayed/neutered and up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations. Each pet also receives a behavioral assessment to help us better understand the type of home they may thrive in. However, it’s important to remember that the results may not fully reflect an animal’s true personality, as shelter and foster environments can be stressful. If you are interested in meeting any of our animals, we encourage you to first visit our website and submit an adoption application: https://www.acskc.org/adopt-1Once your adoption application has been approved, we will call you to set up an appointment to meet with the pet!
