His deformed paws don't hinder his mobility one bit; in fact, Chopper zips around with the same enthusiasm and zest for life as any other puppy.  One of Chopper's greatest joys is physical contact with his people. He thrives on snuggles, belly rubs, and any form of affection you can give. Chopper has an incredible sense of touch, and his loving nature will make your heart melt.
