Description
We think Kip may be a Chihuahua and Jack Russell terrier mix, but his family tree is a bit of a mystery! He has a Chihuahua-like look, and we expect him to stay small, although his exact breed and adult size are unknown. What we do know is that this sweet boy has a big heart and a joyful spirit.
