Pilar is looking for a home with her sister Paulina.Pilar will need to be a foster to adopt until July.Chinchillas are active and live at least 10 to 15 years.They thrive in a large, multi tier wire cage, and love to munch on hay, chinchilla pellets and chews to help their growing teeth.These little characters, are social but can be a bit on the timid side. They like a cool, draft free area, and require a dust bath at least 3 times a week to help keep their coat clean.If a chinchilla seems like your match, please visit them in adoption hours, Monday to Saturday between 10 and 4 or call VAS at 905-832-2281 or email animal.services@vaughan.ca
