TINY

Description

Tiny (A143865) is a 3-year-old Caucasian Shepherd who weighed 92 pounds on intake! 10/22/26 Ironically, this big guy is Tiny! Tiny was surrendered to the shelter due to housing issues. He was described as an outgoing and friendly dog, but he does have a protective side. He was said to be very gentle with babies and children, but also takes his nanny duties seriously. He was described as friendly towards strangers and adults. Tiny can be particular about the canine friendships he forms and is said to prefer to be the alpha dog. He was stated to be indifferent towards cats. It is very important that slow, safe, and controlled interactions are being made to help set him up for success. If you are unfamiliar with his breed, we encourage you to do your research before adopting. Tiny was previously an outdoor dog, so he will need some help transitioning to indoor living. We have found that he does like to mark inside, so he is looking for a patient owner who is willing to work with him! If you are interested in meeting Tiny, please let us know!
