Sweet, Smart & Just a Little IndependentMeet Drew—A Little Husky with a Mind of His Own!This handsome boy may be on the smaller side for a Husky, but he's got plenty of that classic Husky personality packed into his adorable little package!Drew is a smart cookie who already knows `sit,` `shake,` and `down.` Clearly, he's been paying attention in class! He's also a fairly easy walking companion, although he can get a little skittish on leash when something catches him off guard. A little patience and reassurance go a long way.And then there's his independent streak. Like many Huskies, Drew can be a little aloof, happily exploring and doing his own thing. But don't worry, he's got a sweet side too! When he's ready for some affection, he'll come find you. Apparently, cuddles are best when they're his idea!Sweet, smart, a little quirky, and full of Husky charm, Drew would love a home that appreciates his independent spirit while giving him the love and patience he deserves.Who needs a Velcro dog when you can have a handsome little free thinker?Drew has participated in shelter playgroups and may enjoy a compatible canine friend in his new home.  He's also sharing his shelter suite with a friend he met at the shelter.   Looking for a buddy for your dog?  Bring him/her to the shelter for a meet and greet and see if we're a match!  Check out his playgroup video here:To meet me, visit the Bradshaw Animal Shelter Tuesday-Sunday, Noon - 5:00 pm, Wednesdays, Noon - 6:00 pm.
