Missy

Description

Missy – Tan Doodle x, 11 months, 58 lbs. Looking for a playful, cuddly companion to complete your family? Meet Missy! At just 11 months old and 58 pounds, this girl has plenty of personality and an even bigger heart! Missy was found as a stray, severely matted and in need of help. Thankfully, she was rescued from the shelter, and now she's ready for her next chapter: finding a family to call her own. Missy enjoys being close to her people, playing with her toys, and chasing a ball in a good game of fetch. She's still a puppy at heart, with plenty of energy and enthusiasm to share! She's also food-motivated, making continued training a fun and rewarding experience. Here's what makes Missy a great companion: Loving and affectionate Loves toys and playing fetch Does well with cats Gets along with both large and small dogs Very good with children Crate-trained and house-trained Knows how to use a doggy door Food-motivated and eager to learn At 11 months old, Missy is still learning her manners. She can get excited and jump up to show her enthusiasm, but she's working on keeping all four paws on the floor. She also has a soft mouth. With positive reinforcement, consistency, and continued guidance, she'll keep developing into a wonderful lifelong companion. What kind of home would make Missy happiest? Missy would thrive with an active family who includes her in daily adventures, makes time for play, and saves a spot on the couch for snuggles! She would likely enjoy having another friendly dog to keep her company and play with. If she's an only dog, she'd do best with a family who spends plenty of time with her. She wants to be part of family life, not left home alone for long periods. Missy needs a committed family willing to guide her as she grows, help her learn, and make her a cherished part of the household. After the rough start she's had, Missy deserves a lifetime of toys to play with, adventures to enjoy, cozy places to nap, and a family she can finally call her own.
