Description
Starting October 6, all cats and kittens are FREE to adopt! Come find your new best friend today! Tiny in Size, Big in Heart! Meet Vermilion, a 4-month-old tortie kitten who may be one of the tiniest residents in our kitten room, but don't let her small size fool you! This sweet and reserved little girl is quietly finding her place in the world and is ready to find a family of her own.Vermilion can often be found curled up in a cozy spot, patiently waiting for her turn to soak up some attention. While she may be a bit shy at first, she has a gentle nature that's impossible not to love. She's still discovering her personality, and watching her confidence grow is sure to be a rewarding experience for her future family.Despite her petite size, Vermilion has no trouble keeping up with the bigger kittens. When it's time to play, she can join right in with the best of them, and when mealtime rolls around, she's always right in the middle of the action making sure she gets her share!Because of her young age, Vermilion is good with kids, cats, and dogs, making her a wonderful addition to many different types of homes. Whether she's snuggled up for a nap or racing around with her kitten friends, she's sure to bring plenty of smiles to her future family. If you're looking for a kitten with a sweet soul, an adorable face, and a quiet strength that shines through, Vermilion is ready to prove that great things come in small packages. Vermilion's adoption fee is $75, which helps support their medical care and preparation for adoption. Please note: All of our animals are spayed/neutered and up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations. Each pet also receives a behavioral assessment to help us better understand the type of home they may thrive in. However, it’s important to remember that the results may not fully reflect an animal’s true personality, as shelter and foster environments can be stressful. If you are interested in meeting any of our animals, we encourage you to first visit our website and submit an adoption application: https://www.acskc.org/adopt-1Once your adoption application has been approved, we will call you to set up an appointment to meet with the pet! We welcome adopters from out of state to apply! _When it comes to our pets, we're all-inclusive!
