WOMBAT

Description

#A5798092 Meet Womba t, a handsome one-year-old Pitbull Mix with a gorgeous brownish-red and white coat who is looking for a patient family to call his own. Weighing 58 pounds, this neutered male was taken in as a stray and can be a bit sensitive at first, meaning he appreciates a gentle touch with his consent as he learns to trust. Once he feels comfortable, Wombat's vibrant, high-energy personality shines through, and he becomes an incredibly playful companion who loves to run and have fun. Because he is young and enthusiastic, he can be a bit jumpy, but he is okay on a leash and is eager to learn basic manners with the right positive training. He is wonderfully tolerant and interested in other dogs, making him the perfect family companion for someone ready to give him the love and guidance he deserves.     -1 year, 2 months old -Pitbull Mix, brownish red and white -Neutered Male, 58 lbs. -Taken in as a stray -Flinches if you touch him without consent -Playful and energetic, high energy levels -Jumpy, so will need training for basic manners -Tolerant and interested in other dogs -Okay on leash -Needs work for training -Perfect family companion     WOMBAT’S VIDEO: https://www.youtube.com/shorts/WY6a1tyjDKw For more information, contact volunteer Lor at  lor@unitedhopeforanimals.org     ---- Look up this or other animals at Baldwin Park Animal Care Center https://animalcare.lacounty.gov/view-our-animals/    Use their unique ID NUMBER.
