Eva Luna

Description

It's hard to forget that face. When Eva Luna was rescued, she was suffering from mange, terribly thin, and had two bolts in her stomach, most likely from eating anything she could find while starving. Well, look at her now! Eva Luna has turned into a gorgeous Golden Retriever mix, and she seems to get better looking every day! She's about 1.5 years old and currently weighs 45 pounds, although we think she'll still put on a few more. One thing we know for sure about Eva Luna is that she MUST have another dog in her home. She gets anxious without a doggie companion, so we're looking for a family that already has a friendly dog to keep her company. She's come such a long way from the miserable little girl we first saw, and it's been wonderful watching her change. Now we'd love to see her settled into a home of her own, with a doggie friend by her side. * Please note: All dogs are rescues so we often do not know the actual breeds but use an educated guess to tell you what they most look like. Our adoption fee is $400 and unless otherwise stated all dogs and puppies have been spayed/neutered, microchipped, 4DX tested(if age appropriate), Put on heartworm/flea/tick prevention, age appropriately vaccinated, dewormed, vet checked and flown from Puerto Rico.
