SMOKEY

Description

#A5418584 Smokey is an 8-year-old, 73 lb neutered male Pitbull mix with a handsome gray and white coat and the most comical upright ears! Surrendered when his owner could no longer care for him, Smokey looks like a boy who has known love but could use some extra TLC.     Smokey is sweet, friendly, and full of personality. He may need a little time to warm up, but he enjoys making new friends, knows "sit" and "shake," and is already housebroken! He's recently undergone surgery to remove several skin masses and is being treated for a respiratory infection. He'll need a health waiver and continued veterinary care, but this lovable senior deserves a comfortable home where he can be cherished.     -8 years old, neutered male, 73 lbs -Pitbull mix, gray and white -Sweet, friendly, and comical -Adorable upright ears -Knows "sit" and "shake" and is housebroken -Needs a little time to warm up -Recovering from surgery and a respiratory illness -Remaining skin masses need vet follow-up -Adoptable on a health waiver -Ready for love and a soft place to land       SMOKEY’S VIDEO: https://www.youtube.com/shorts/auQ8a_Q5T3w   For more information, contact volunteer Lisa at lisaa@unitedhopeforanimals.org Photo Credit: Mary   ---- Look up this or other animals at Baldwin Park Animal Care Center https://animalcare.lacounty.gov/view-our-animals/    Use their unique ID NUMBER.
