Description

Meet Pepper, a sweet and shy 9-month-old black kitten who is waiting for a special person to help him blossom into the confident cat he's meant to be! He may be a little timid when meeting new people, taking a few moments to warm up to new faces and environments, but with patience, love, and a safe place to call home, Pepper can begin to build his confidence and let his unique personality shine.
