Description
Meet Bumper, a 3-month-old Shepherd, Husky, and Lab mix with a curious mind, a brave spirit, and a growing love for cuddles! Weighing 20 pounds, this sweet girl is excited to explore the world and learn new things. She even has a silly side and sometimes thinks she's a bunny, hopping around with her adorable puppy antics!Bumper loves people, kids, and other dogs. Her favorite activities include playing tug-of-war with rope toys, chasing squeaky toys, and running around the backyard before settling in for a well-earned nap. She's a smart girl who is working hard on potty training and getting used to her crate. She may cry for a little while when first crated as she adjusts to being on her own, but she's learning that she's safe and loved.Bumper and her six siblings were found living under a car, so loud noises and sudden scares can still make her want to hide under nearby furniture. With patience, reassurance, and positive experiences, she's learning to feel more confident in the world around her. She's still getting used to walking on a leash, too, and will need some practice as she grows. Now that her siblings have found their forever homes, Bumper is discovering just how wonderful one-on-one attention can be. This sweet, playful, cuddly girl is ready to find a family who will help her continue to learn, grow, and blossom into an amazing companion.
