Red Blaze

Description

Red is above all else, a loved boy. He wants to love and be loved in return. A Velcro dog who would love it if you had a kangaroo pouch to offer him, but will happily accept a spot next to you on your couch with a hand on deck ready to pet him constantly while you binge watch your shows. Red is ok being left alone but would greatly prefer not to be. He does do a fairly good imitation of a tornado siren if you’re gone too long, though no barking or destructiveness. Naturally submissive, introductions to other dogs go very well but it may take 2 or 3 intros before he’s ready to play. He’s met multiple small children while out and about and has shown nothing but love for them.  Red is not a fan of cats, they are quite spooky in his opinion, but hasn’t shown aggression towards them. Loud noises and wheels (think bikes, strollers, scooters) make him a little jumpy but he’s learning to take them in stride.  He is a head turner at the farmers market and LOVES the attention. You will hear “oh my goodness a little fox” more times than you can count! Truly his cuteness is borderline obscene.  If you are looking for a dog that loves you, loves attention, loves trips to the market, loves be bopping around town, loves really anything as long as he’s with you, Red is your guy!  Red is 3 years old and weighs 16 pounds.
