Description

Ishta is a fluffy and expressive long-haired girl who always lets you know how she feels. She’s a morning cat with the most energy at sunrise, then she settles in for a long day of napping and curls up in a human bed at night. She’s playful and happily entertains herself, but she also loves engaging with her people. She swats at high toys, chases anything that skitters across the floor, and her favorite toy is a plastic spring. Ishta is friendly with new people and will often greet you by rubbing against you to leave her scent. She’s affectionate at feeding time, but she runs on her own schedule, and when she’s had enough petting she’ll give you a little “spice.” Ishta would do best with a patient adopter who appreciates an independent and quirky cat, has a quiet home, and will let her settle in at her own pace.
