Sango

Sango is taking a prescribed break from adventures, but that isn't stopping her from making new friends. This gorgeous 10-month-old girl with black fur is friendly and playful. She sustained pelvic fractures before arriving at OAS, but she's walking well and isn't showing signs of pain—great news for a young cat with plenty more playing to do. Sango can be adopted on her own and is looking for someone who will help her finish her recovery before giving her more room to explore. Medical details: Follow-up X-rays show that Sango's pelvic fractures have begun healing and the structures are stable, but she still needs strict cage rest through October 15 or October 22, as directed by OAS veterinary staff. She should be kept indoors and have a veterinary exam soon after adoption. OAS will share her medical records, recovery instructions, and additional guidance with potential adopters.
