Meet Dandy! This 10 month old Shepherd / Lab mix weighs 40-45 lbs  and is as sweet as they come. She may be as sweet as they come.  She may be a little shy at first, but she warms up quickly and will absolutely melt your heart.  Dandy just wants to please her people, and with her loving personality, intelligence, and eagerness to learn she's been a joy to foster! Dandy is the kind of dog who will make you smile everyday. She's smart, affectionate, adventurous, and eager to be someone's very best friend.  All she needs now is a family to love her as much as she'll love them!   More about Dandy: Dog-friendly: She has done wonderfully with every dog she has met! She currently lives with two other dogs and would love a canine companion, but she could also thrive as an only dog with regular opportunities to socialize and play with other pups. Great with Kids:  Her foster home has 3 kids, ages 11-14 and she has been wonderful with everyone she's met.  Very intelligent and food motivated. She already knows sit and paw and would love a family that enjoys teaching her new tricks and commands,   Good on a leash: She walks nicely on a leash and enjoys getting out and exploring. Adventure buddy: She rides well in the car and has happily tagged along to baseball games. pet stores, and other outings.  She'd love an active family that enjoys including their dog in life's adventures! Crate and Home trained: She does great out of the crate with her people at home and prefers having the room to roam with supervision. he goes into her crate when the family is away and at night, sometimes whining for a few minutes before settling down.  She has been doing amazing with house training, If you are interested in adding this girl to your family, email us at AlmostHom4Dogs@yahoo.com for an application.
