Buddy (Available TBD)

Description

Meet Buddy!  Buddy is a Fox Terrier mix who is just beginning to discover what it means to be safe, loved, and cared for. He came to Safe Haven as a stray, severely underweight, and we can only imagine what life was like for him before he arrived. Now, Buddy is getting the chance to slow down, settle in, and learn that he no longer has to be on the run. He's still figuring out what it means to simply be a dog, without having to worry about where he'll go next or how he'll get by. We're giving him the time, patience, and care he needs to adjust and discover the joys of being a beloved companion. Since Buddy is still settling in, we're continuing to learn about his personality and what kind of home will help him thrive. For now, our biggest goal is to help him feel safe, build his confidence, and show him that good things are ahead. He deserves a future filled with full meals, cozy naps, gentle guidance, and a family who will give him the time he needs to blossom.  Stay tuned as we get to know this sweet boy and help him take his next steps toward the happy life he deserves!
