_________ B I O ______________  Name: Meeny Size: (Once fully grown) ~ Medium range:  26-60 lbs. Adoption Donation: $250 (applicable sales tax included) PLUS a $100 deposit is required and is to be refunded once proof of spay/neuter is provided to this rescue. Our adoption contract requires all dogs to be spayed/neutered within ONE Month of adoption or when age-appropriate. Adoption fees may be paid by cash or check.   Other:  Intact Female, Vaccinations current, Microchip  Puppies generally need the following veterinary care after their adoption:      8 Weeks: Distemper/Parvo & Bordetella Vaccinations. 4 Luv of Dog Rescue completes these vaccinations before adoption.   12 Weeks: Distemper/Parvo Vaccination completed at the veterinarian of adopter's choice.   16 Weeks: Distemper/Parvo & Rabies Vaccinations completed at the veterinarian of adopter's choice.    6 Months: Spay/Neuter surgery.  **  Yearly thereafter: All dogs need yearly wellness exams performed by a veterinarian as well as booster vaccinations.    **Spay/Neuter surgeries cost between $200-$400 for a neuter surgery and $400-$600 for a spay surgery in the FM Area. Wellness visits can run from $75 to $150 for each visit. If you are thinking of adopting a puppy, it's a good idea to research these costs before adopting by calling the veterinarian of your choice.   Meeny would love to show you her sweet side!   Foster Home Feedback  10/7/26 Foster Feedback: Meeny is the most reserved of the bunch and has a sweet, gentle little personality. She’ll sometimes hang back and watch what everyone else is doing before deciding to join in, but she absolutely does get in on the fun. She just seems a little more thoughtful and observant than her siblings. Meeny is not the first one charging into everything, and she has a softer, more ladylike energy — very much a “let me assess the situation first” kind of puppy. Once she’s comfortable, she enjoys playing right along with the group. Overall, Meeny seems sweet, observant, gentle, slightly reserved, and social once she warms up.
