Description
DoraLee and two sisters arrived at the Campbell County shelter last week, and they are all adjusting to a new life and new expectations. Although they lived with other dogs, and poultry, we don’t know that they actually served as guardians. The neighbors tell us they were frequently roaming and were found in other areas besides just their farm. The girls are very shy. And are not used to being handled. Dora Lee is a especially afraid of being touched, and is going to take lots of time to accept it. She finds strength from her sister, Judy, Although the girls do not have a mean, streak, they are very scared. We hope to continue working with them and helping them find just the right environment and home. PLEASE NOTE: This pet has been posted by Friends of Campbell County Animal Control, Rustburg, VA.
