Jude

Description

Jude is a handsome, 20-pound dog with adorably oversized ears. After a difficult start, he is learning to trust people. He can be cautious with strangers but approaches familiar people with a wagging tail and enjoys being petted. He knows “sit,” is playful, walks nicely on leash, and has done well with other small male dogs. He prefers keeping his paws on the ground rather than being carried.   Jude’s young age and higher energy level make regular exercise, playtime, and mental stimulation important. He needs a patient adopter who will respect his boundaries and give him time to settle in. A home with older, respectful children may be a good fit; no young children.
