Description

Lucky is a male dog who has been diagnosed with spondylosis and requires further diagnostic evaluation to assess his condition and determine appropriate treatment. Due to behavioral concerns that limit our ability to safely perform the necessary diagnostics, DAS is unable to provide the level of evaluation and care Lucky needs. Further veterinary assessment is recommended to better understand his condition, address any associated discomfort, and determine the best course of treatment.Despite his medical concerns, Lucky needs a safe, compassionate placement where he can receive further diagnostic testing, appropriate veterinary care, and ongoing support to maintain his comfort and quality of life. A placement equipped to manage his behavioral needs while addressing his medical concerns would give him the best opportunity for continued care.Lucky is at risk for euthanasia due to medical concerns and diagnostic needs beyond our scope of care.
