Meet Taco!  This adorable little chihuahua mix came to us from Kentucky.  Taco is a 2-year-old, 4 lb Chihuahua mix, and he is a total sweetie! Shy at first, once this adorable little guy connects with his person, he becomes the ultimate loyal sidekick who loves to burrow under blankets like a little burrito and cuddle up close at night. Here is the scoop from his foster home: Gentle & Family-Friendly: Great with kids (he loves his foster's 9-year-old son!) and loves going on walks—though at just 4 lbs, he gets chilly easily, so he'll let you know when he's ready to head back inside! Loyal Velcro Boy: Attaches deeply to his chosen person and will follow you everywhere to make sure he can always keep an eye on you. He’s so happy to greet you when you come home! Playful Fetch Master: Loves his squeaky toys and will even ask you to throw them so he can fetch them back for you. Potty Communication: He lets his foster know when he needs to go out by running to the door and then running back to you! Work in Progress: He is working on basic commands and crate training (he currently whines in the crate because he prefers to be near his humans). Taco is not yet neutered so will do a bit of marking.
