Calypso (bonded w/ Poseidon)

Description

Calypso is a sweet girl who is a bit scared of new things, but loves exploring and loves her brother (Poseidon). She's very playful, in particular with her favorite wand toy, and has been known to try to catch birds on TV. She really enjoys being held and will start purring almost immediately. Especially if she gets her little face rubbed! During day time, she really enjoys just walking around the house, and she comes by the office multiple times a day. She used to meow (to her brother, to the two resident cats, and two the two adults) whenever she was left alone in her room, but she has since learned that the whole house is not scary at all. She spends the day sleeping by the window, with her brother, in the sun, or in one of the offices where the humans are working. She spends her evenings playing with the other cats, or napping with her brother in the family room, where the action is. She sleeps at night with her brother, on an armchair in the humans' bedrooms. She doesn't stay very far from company at any time. Unless she ends up falling asleep in her favorite cardboard fort. She's learned that feeding happens on a schedule, and while she's quieter than her brother, she will certainly meow to express her interest in food. She loves food, but eats it slowly, like a reasonable cat. Prior to adoption, all cats are spayed/neutered, vaccinated and microchipped.  This cat is currently in a foster home.
