Description

Ed is a talkative, 2 years-and-nine-months-old fella, who’s so glad he got off the euthanasia list and into rescue because he’s decided home life and people are GRRREAT!This orange guy is an easy-going boy who would love a human to chat with and snuggle, while you stroke his adorable cheeks and tell him how gorgeous he is. After a good breakfast, Ed likes nothing more than to be your big baby boy and snuggle in your lap.Ed is obsessed with our enclosed outdoor catio/cat condo, and likes to be able to tell you when it’s time to go in or come out. (You’ll eventually know exactly what he’s feeling/needs by his different meows. This adorable prince is persistent and usually pretty demanding (in a good way). He also enjoys mind-toys he can play with on his own (like ball towers or marble mazes). This gourmet is always excited about the humans’ food at meal times, so he stays in his private suite when we’re cooking and eating. (While annoyed with you in the moment, he does accept his temporary relocation.)Ed is still gaining his footing around the adult cats in the home so, slow introductions are a must to other felines…super-chill cats only, please.I think he’d love a calm dog for a buddy in his forever home, as he enjoys our crazy girl, after coming into the home unsure about canines at first.Ed is a curious guy who needs mental stimulation to keep him happy and free of boredom. Interactive playtime with his people, as well as toys he can tackle independently are essential for this smarty-pants.He currently lives with 3 kittens, 4 adult cats, 2 rabbits, 1 German shepherd, and two adult humans (one male, one female). This handsome dude needs a home with people who work from home or are around a lot, and who are looking for an outgoing cat who engages with them. If you don’t already have a friendly cat waiting for him at home, he’d love to leave with any of his kitten buddies (Gwendolyn, Penelope, or Gerald). Ed is truly a very special cat and is ready to be your new best friend.---------There is no guarantee of age and breed as a rescue animal's history is unknown.
