Meet Happy! Happy is an adorable 8-year-old, 12-pound Spaniel mix whose name couldn't be more fitting! This incredibly sweet, gentle boy has a heart full of love and is ready to find a forever family to shower with affection. Happy is truly one of those special dogs who steals your heart the moment you meet him. He absolutely adores his people and wants nothing more than to be by your side, whether that means cuddling on the couch, following you around the house, or simply keeping you company throughout the day. He's a devoted little companion who would love to have a person of his very own! Happy is wonderfully well-mannered and has so many great qualities! He's potty trained, sleeps through the night, walks beautifully on a leash, and is an excellent car passenger. He even knows how to sit and is eager to please. He gets along beautifully with everyone he meets, including other dogs, cats, and people. He's also a very gentle boy with no signs of food aggression or resource guarding. With his low-to-medium energy level, Happy offers the perfect balance of relaxation and adventure. He's perfectly content to snuggle beside you on the couch, but he's always excited to head outside for a walk or spend some time exploring and sniffing around. He doesn't seem particularly interested in toys, preferring the company of his favorite humans instead! While Happy gets along wonderfully with other dogs, he does love being the center of attention! He would likely thrive as an only dog, where he could soak up all the love and affection his heart desires. He could also do well in a home with other dogs who don't mind sharing the spotlight. Happy can be a little vocal when he's excited, wants attention, or spots another dog on a walk, but otherwise he's a delightful and easygoing companion. Happy is the kind of dog who reminds you just how special the bond between a person and a dog can be.
