Jade came into rescue after her family was evicted by their landlord and she was sadly abandoned. When she first arrived, she was extremely fearful and would urinate or defecate out of fear when touched. She was a frightened girl who needed patience, understanding, and someone willing to show her that the world could be a safe place. With time, love, patience, and respect, Jade has truly begun to blossom. Today, she is showing us more of her beautiful personality every day! She is affectionate, gentle, funny, and even starting to show a playful side. She aims to please, has the most tender soul, and absolutely loves to cuddle. Watching her gain confidence and learn to trust has been incredibly rewarding. Jade is a special girl who needs a special kind of home. Her ideal home: A private, secure yard where she can feel safe and comfortable in her own environment. A patient, kind, and loving family willing to let her adjust at her own pace. People who understand that trust takes time and who will celebrate her little victories along the way. A few things to know about Jade: Quiet and crate-trained. Doing well with potty training. Great with children, cats, and other dogs! May have a few potty accidents during her first 1–3 days in a new home as she learns her new routine and where to go. Please understand that Jade may need a few days of extra reassurance and time to feel secure in a new environment. She cannot be expected to adjust overnight, and she deserves a family that will give her the grace to find her confidence without pressure or unrealistic expectations. If you are looking for a perfect dog who needs no patience, Jade may not be the right fit. But if you have a loving heart, a gentle approach, and the patience to help a scared girl discover how wonderful life can be, Jade could be your girl. She has already come so far. She has had a vet visit, is spayed, Microchipped, UTD on all vaccinations, had a 4 DX test (testing for Lyme disease and two types of tick-borne illnesses), flea/tick/heartworm prevention (Nexgard Plus), 2 dewormings, and a 1 fecal test. Adopters will receive all original paperwork, a 14-day health guarantee, a collar, harness, leash, seatbelt lock, and a week's worth of food. We operate on a first-come, first-served basis and are by appointment only. We are LOCATED in MESA, AZ., near Gilbert/Brown & offer flexible hours 7 days a week. Private message if interested!
