Why I'd make a great companion: ~Woof! My name is Tulip and I weigh 8 LBS! ~I spent some time in a loving foster home recovering, and now I'm learning how to navigate the world on three paws! With so many changes in my life, I'm still figuring things out. I can be a little sensitive when being handled and may need some extra time to warm up to new people.
