URGENT OUTREACH NEEDED FOR CARTERCarter is suffering from sarcoptic mange, a skin condition that can cause intense itching, irritation, and discomfort. He needs medical attention and treatment to help him heal and feel better.We are seeking assistance from a rescue, experienced foster, or someone who may be able to help Carter receive the care he needs.This animal is at risk for euthanasia.
