Meet Bowie! Bowie is an approximately 18-month-old male Lab/Pit mix weighing around 50 lbs who is ready to find a loving forever home. He was found off Holden Drive in Rockwall on 4/18/26 alongside two other dogs believed to be his siblings and was never reclaimed. Bowie is a shy but very sweet-natured boy who is still building confidence in new environments. With time, patience, and a gentle approach, his affectionate personality begins to shine. He enjoys quiet cuddle time with his people and has shown that he walks well on a leash. He would do best with a family that can provide consistency, patience, and encouragement as he continues to grow and learn. If you have another dog in the home, a meet and greet is recommended to ensure a good fit. Bowie's adoption fee is $125. He is neutered, microchipped, current on his rabies vaccination, and basic boosters. He did test heartworm positive, but thanks to Rockwall PAWS, his treatment is sponsored.
