Though a little shy at first, Mercury blossoms with kindness and encouragement. Once he trusts you, he becomes a sweet, affectionate companion who loves quiet cuddle time and being close to his people. He walks well on a leash and would thrive in a calm home that will continue building his confidence through routine and positive experiences. Mercury does well with female dogs and has also done well with some male dogs. A meet and greet is recommended for homes with resident dogs to ensure a good fit. Mercury is neutered, microchipped, current on his rabies vaccination and annual boosters, and heartworm positive. Thanks to Rockwall PAWS, his heartworm treatment is sponsored.
