Chewbacca

Description

Sometimes looks can be deceiving, and that is certainly the case with our little guy, Chewbacca. With his fluffy coat and adorable face, he looks like the perfect cuddly companion—and with his familiar person, he truly is!Chewbacca is very loving with the people he trusts, and enjoys simply spending time with his person. He also loves to play fetch and would happily spend time playing and hanging out with you.Chewbacca does have another side that comes out when guests visit. He can be uncomfortable with unfamiliar people in his home, so he would not be a good fit for a home with children or one with a busy social life and frequent entertaining. He needs an experienced, patient owner who understands that building trust takes time.A calm, quiet environment where Chewbacca can gradually adapt and acclimate will be important for his success. With patience, consistency, and the time he needs to feel secure, Chewbacca can be a loving and devoted companion.DOB 1-10-2513.5 poundsI'm waiting for a home to call my own. email webmaster@petrefuge.com to learn more about me or fill out an application at https://www.petrefuge.com/adoptPet Refuge was formed in 1978 to help with cats and dogs in need of homes.
