Joy

Description

Joy was named by her outdoor caretaker because of the daily dose of sweetness she brought! Finally indoors, she is a sweet and loving girl who enjoys spending her day snoozing on her favorite pillow. She’s very affectionate and enjoys having devoted snuggle and pet time with her humans throughout her day. She loves to show her her affection by curling up next to you and kneading on every surface. When she lived outside, she'd make biscuits even on the concrete! She also has the cutest meow! While a cuddle bug, she does enjoy her independent time regularly snoozing on her pillow or under the bed -- she's a cat after all. Joy will do well in most homes, especially those on the calmer side. We don't know how she cohabitates with other cats, so Joy may do best as a solo cat. Joy spent several years outside under the care of a devoted caretaker. When they told us about her, we brought her in immediately and are over-JOY-ed to see how well she's doing. Joy is 4 years old, spayed, vaccinated, free of fleas and parasites, and got a clean bill of health from our vet. She's negative for FIV and FeLV. To adopt Joy, please fill out the form on our Website: https://brooklynanimalaction.org/adoption-forms/ Mention Joy as the cat, and SuseG as the rescuer.
