Onyx

Description

Meet Onyx the mouse! Onyx is an approximately 10-month-old male mouse who is white with pink eyes/ears/tail who is looking for a new forever home! He was found abandoned in a cage with a few other mice, so he is patiently waiting to find his new family. He’s a shy little guy who enjoys playing hide and seek in his white bedding (without realizing his pink tail gives him away!) but cannot resist wheel time and snacks. He especially enjoys munching on sunflower seeds in his super extensive paper towel roll tube network. Please reach out to mice@smallangelsrescue.org for more information or if you are interested in adopting Onyx. The adoption fee is $25. Please note that since Onyx is an intact male mouse, he will need to live by himself. **Notes about mouse care**  1) Minimum habitat size: 20 gallon aquarium tank or bin-cage of a similar size for 1 mouse; must have mesh lid to prevent mouse from escaping; 2) Appropriate wheel: Solid plastic upright wheel at least 6 inches or larger depending on the size of the mouse.
