Hey there! I'm Abu, and I'm a 2 year old white and buff boy kitty! Everyone says I won’t be here long because of how handsome I am. What do y’all think? Do you think my movie star looks will score me a home soon? That would be awesome but looks aren’t everything! There are a lot of handsome guys out there that have a dud personality, but luckily for me, I am not one of them! I like being pet, and I really love to play! Maybe you'll see an action shot of me in my photos where I was swinging for a wand toy, or better yet, you'll come to the shelter to meet me in person!   The adoption fee covers the following: spay or neuter surgery; one-year rabies vaccine; feline or canine distemper vaccine; heartworm test (dogs) or combo (fiv/felv) test (cats); deworming; and microchip. Carroll County Animal Shelter is located at 251 Automation Drive in Carrollton GA. Phone: 770-214-3590. The hours of operation are: Monday through Wednesday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Thursday 12:30 pm till 6:00 pm; Friday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Saturday 9:00 am till 4:00 pm. The Carroll County Animal Shelter will be closed the last Friday of every month for deep cleaning, staff training, and animal enrichment.
