Osa

Description

Meet Osa, a lovable 8-month-old Irish Doodle weighing in at about 50 lbs! This curious, happy-go-lucky boy approaches the world with an open heart and a wagging tail, eager to explore every new sight, sound, and smell. Osa is wonderfully resilient, bouncing back from new experiences with an easygoing confidence that makes him a joy to be around. He is already a total pro on a leash, making daily walks a breeze, and we are making great progress on house-training and crate training with him. Osa adores other dogs and would truly thrive in a home with a canine buddy to play and wrestle with. He has also been exposed to cats and is learning to respect their boundaries, so a patient feline friend could be a possibility with continued guidance. Because he is still a big, bouncy puppy, he would do best with kids over the age of 5 who are sturdy enough not to be easily knocked over by his enthusiasm. Osa does have some separation anxiety, so he is looking for attentive owners who can help him build confidence when he is on his own. A furry sibling for company, a consistent routine, and plenty of patience will go a long way in helping him feel safe and secure. As a young dog, Osa will flourish with continued positive training and lots of love. If you are looking for a curious, cuddly, and resilient pup to grow alongside your family, Osa is ready to meet you and steal your heart!Dogs are not placed on a first-come, first-serve basis. We strive to find the perfect home for each animal. Applications may take up to 48 hours to process. All CAWS animals are fixed, microchipped, and vaccinated. His adoption fee is $200.
