COMING SOON TO RESCUE: I'm a sweet boxer boy. I'm an expert snuggler, and firm believer that personal space is overrated! I love hikes, squeaky balls, playing with toys, and dog daycare. I'm wonderful on and off leash, with amazing recall. I've been attending daycare 2-3 times a week since I was 11 weeks old and have never had so much as a scuffle! Other dogs help me feel confident, and would thrive in a home with a canine buddy. At home, I'm house-trained, never jump on people, and have lovely manners. I'll happily follow you around before settling onto the couch for some quality lounging. These days, I'm becoming quite the couch potato as long as I get regular exercise. I sleep happily on my own bed, but would much rather curl up with my people on the big bed.....just don't expect me to leave much room for yourself. I can be shy and anxious around new people and need time and patience to warm up. Once I'm comfortable, I'm an incredibly loving companion. My ideal home would be with adults or possibly older, respectful children who understand my need for space. I'm too old for little ones who jump on me, hit, or scream - all the typical unpredictable toddler things.
