Description

Gentry is a very handsome boy is looking for a new home. He is with our rescue partner in Louisiana. We do offer a foster-to-adopt trial for approved adopters. Meet Gentry… and yes, he’s as special as his name  This handsome boy looks like he walked straight out of the wild with his stunning, tiger-like markings—but don’t be fooled… Gentry is all heart and happiness. At about 2 years old and 47 pounds, he’s the perfect medium-sized companion who’s already fully grown and ready to settle into his forever home. Gentry is everything you hope for in a dog—fun, friendly, and full of joy. He gets along great with other dogs, loves kids, and brings an easygoing, happy energy wherever he goes. We’re not sure how he feels about cats just yet, but with his sweet nature, he may do just fine with a proper introduction. He walks beautifully on a leash, making him a great buddy for neighborhood strolls, park adventures, or just getting out for some fresh air together. Whether you’re looking for a walking partner, a family dog, or just a loyal companion to brighten your days, Gentry checks all the boxes. If you’re ready to add a little “tiger” to your life—with none of the wild and all of the love—Gentry is waiting to meet you  Gentry will be fixed, is microchipped and is up to date on vaccines. He tested negative for heartworm. His adoption donation is $500. Adopting an animal is a commitment that will require annual veterinary care at a minimum, training, exercise, enrichment, etc. Pet care is not cheap or easy and adopters should consider the costs, time and training prior to adoption. After all these animal have been through they deserve a loving, committed home.
